1. Valid Indian Passport
A valid Indian passport is one of the primary identification documents accepted for travel to Nepal.
2. Voter ID Card
The original Voter ID card issued by the Election Commission of India is also accepted as a valid travel document.
3. Other Acceptable Documents
There are other acceptable documents for traveling to Nepal:
Photo Identity Card: Issued by the Government of India/State Government/UT Administration in India.
Emergency Certificate: Issued by the Embassy of India, Kathmandu.
Identity Certificate: Issued by the Embassy of India, Kathmandu.
Note: Aadhaar cards are not accepted as valid travel documents for entry into Nepal.
